About The Murphy Site
E&B Natural Resources is a long-standing community energy producer that has operated the Murphy Site since 2019. As part of our continued efforts to be transparent and share information with the community we call home, we have developed a page to share data on emissions and allow community members to sign up to stay informed about what maintenance activities are occurring at the Murphy Site.
Benefiting Our Community
E&B Natural Resources has a deep-rooted commitment to the communities we call home. We have raised over $200,000 for the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS), supporting those grieving military losses. Additionally, Since 2011, E&B has donated over 500 Christmas trees and decorations to Oildale families and participated in local events like Halloween Trunk or Treat. We are also proud to support various local organizations, including the Boys and Girls Clubs and Kern Literacy Council. E&B operates ethically and responsibly, prioritizing employee safety and environmental respect. Our efforts enhance community well-being and make their communities better places to live.
Prioritizing Safety
E&B Natural Resources prioritizes safety in all its operations, ensuring the well-being of employees and the surrounding communities. We minimize risks, eliminate discharges, and efficiently manage materials by employing the most cutting-edge technology and a well-trained workforce. Our commitment to safety always ensures we are in strict adherence to and exceeding all environmental, health, and safety laws. Our proactive measures include continuous training, rigorous safety protocols, and regular audits to maintain the highest safety standards. We also respect the physical environment, protecting local flora and fauna and encouraging recycling in all operations. This comprehensive approach underscores E&B's dedication to safe and responsible energy production.
